I saw this one advertised on fb. It looks nice, and is reasonably priced. They claim it makes more power on a stock ls3 than a stock intake and show a dyno graph. I'd personally like to look at in person before i bought it, though.

I would like to too. I do have a friend that just bought one for his set up. He is gonna let me know how it looks. Im just looking at upgrades from my factory ls1 intake this year with the new twin turbo set up.

That's the info im looking for. Ive tried searching with no luck on any info. I don't like beating threads to death if the info is already easy to find.

I agree 100%. I saw this china cheap-o and wondered if anyone had any experience with them to back up there # claims. And if they suffered and reliability issues. Ive had some china intakes ive installed before and I spent more time with a dremel and a long carbide cleaning casting flashes out of them and not to mention media from tumble cleaning.

They did a test, found it increased power over 6k rpm on that engine. But I've seen quite a few people with them balloon under boost or just plain blow out the back. There is one guy that spent a bit of work redoing a lot of stuff on one and he has had some success. I'd recommend just sticking with an ls1/6 manifold, or buy the Holley or edelbrock, since they are in a similar price range.

That's what ive been hearing. My $500 is always better spent on good ole USA made parts. Too much china junk out there these days that ends up costing all of us a fortune in damage.
