Default What cam should I use with my twin turbo 5.3
I'm building a 5.3 10.1 compression with twin 76mm 1.15 ar turbos getting the heads ported for it now and wondering what cam and springs I should use. I'd like to shift around 6500 and running a 3900 stall

Custom should always be the answer but if your looking for a shelf grind a BTR/LJMS Stage 1 cam or a Tick Stage 1 Turbo Cam should be close.

Custom. Will need some spool help or use LJMS stage 2 and a 100 shot.

Twin 76 😳😳


I think you will need btr turbo cam stage 3 or 4 because you use very big turbos for 5.3

Sounds like you'll need a special grind just to get that thing to spool up and a transbrake!

Thanks for y'all's replys I sent the turbos back and got smaller ones. I called little johns motorsports and he sold me everything I need for it

Funny how many don't think 76's will spool on a 5.3, get the RIGHT converter, tune and camshaft and it will be up on the brake quickly.
