Default Anybody used or have knowledge of the twist lok AN fittings?

I got a good deal on 12 8AN twist lok fittings. I am going to run the twist lok 8AN fuel line but would like to hear from anybody who has used it.

I haven't used them for fuel line, but have on other lines. Once the hose is on, the only way it's coming off is cutting it, they're that secure. I would think it would work just fine for fuel lines.

Do you mean push-lok?

If so it is often used for fuel.

If you mean push lock I've used some for coolant bypass hoses and it works great. If you're going to use it for fuel line and plan on doing much racing at an nhra track you may want to check the rule book and make sure that it's legal to run as fuel line. I believe a few years ago it wasn't legal yet to run as fuel line at an nhra track.

I am running -8 feed and -6 return push lok 8700. Have had it in for 6 months without an issue so far. Look around for instructions on installing the fittings they can be a pain but once they are on they are on. Personally I found a little oil and a heat gun to be my friend. Then I backed that up with the lock rings.

Haven't looked at this years rules but last year certain hose was NHRA legal (8700 being one of those.)

I agree. A little oil and small amount of heat from a heat gun works wonders on easing assembly of the hose to the fitting.
