Default Boost leak around injector orings?

I have the truck intake with siemens deka 80lb injectors. I'm boost leak testing it and the orings going into to the intake, leak. Seems like a fatter oring is needed? Anybody else had this problem? Anybody know what orings to use?

I had this problem with my Pro Flow intake. Make sure the injectors are in the holes properly and not angled or pushed off center. A couple of my injectors were touching the fuel rail brackets and not allowing them to sit in the hole correctly.

I had this same issue just last week with my injectors. They are the same 80# siemens injectors, and I have the proflo xt manifold. My stock orings were in fine shape, but just didn't seal up. I tried the petroleum jelly trick on the stock orings, but to no avail. So finally I was forced to buy oversized orings from Katech. I just put them in the bottom, since that is the only leak I had. Now, no leaks, and my car even picked back up 1 more pound of boost that it was losing.

I had the same issue
Luckily I had some injector spacers left over from my Magnuson and the orings from them were a little fatter than the fic orings

I fixed the problem by running a smaller oring above the original oring

There are literally dozens of o-ring sizes, just get some thicker ones than what you have.

As I remember there was diff size o rings bet an LS1 and LS3, but cant remember which was thicker
I switched from LS3 injs to the LS1 style, and I had to swap the o rings
maybe the LS3 was the thicker ones

The problem I found with the stock orings on the siemens 80's is the ID of the oring was to big for the injector letting boost escape. Some tiny orings that fit tight on the injector and installed them above the original oring and poof no more boost leak.
