Best bet will be buy a cast 90 degree and cut the V-band off and have it welded on. Sucks doing that to a shiny new turbo but looks like your only option without cutting the car up.

I just had a buddy weld on a CX racing elbow. Was a bit dirty to weld but expected from cast. I was in the same boat as you. it would hit the shock tower and I would rather not run a 90 degree coupler right off the turbo.

Yea I ordered the 90 vband elbow yesterday morning and had it 2nd day air last peaice of the puzzle besides Makin the down pipe n figuring how to run a 5in air filter with this kit since the filter has to have a 45 degree angle to clear the driver side cross over and just hook the feed n drain lines up n she's ready for first start up with new motor n kit use to have a rear mount sts. Kit with just a stock motor on 10psi. So thus blot ls1 Callie rods mahle pistons coated arp hardware throughout bad *** custom cam heads ported flow 300cfm ported fast 92/92 and the billet s476 1.10 ar split housing with 92mm exhaust turbine wheel spinning it to around 7k rpm and 16 to 22 psi meth kit on 16 should be around 750 rwhp on pump gas oh an it's a gforce t56 with spec super twin clutch oh n that stock ten bolt isn't gonna last me thru the dyno lol great start at about 14k into build n gotta get me 12 bolt and the fuel system sure with my savings account lol builds good for 1000rwhp but ima get it around 750 to 900 just so hope it will last a season or two let's just hope this damn 98 ecu will mak it

My 98 ecu bricked immediately once I started trying to adjust the tune often. Be ready to pull a repin.

By the way, you fried my mind with that sentence/paragraph. No need to hit one before work.
