What oil basically is this Paxton fluid meant for my Paxton Novi SL?

Located in Finland, donīt seem to find that anywhere here in descent time, canīt be bought to europe from US by airmail.

What else fluid can i use instead of it, atleast for few weeks until i get proper one. My unit was of and it has leaked some oil out.

Years ago vortec recommended full synthetic 50w oil. We used redline 50w.
