Default Stiegemeier Porting Claims and Post Your Experience Porting Your TVS 1900/2300

I got off the phone today with Stiegemeier Porting. The are in the Ford community and well known for their supercharger porting services.
They claim I can see gains of 30+Bhp over an unported unit TVS 2300.

They explained that their porting service would include:
Porting the upper manifold...
Port matching the manifold inlet to my 102mm throttlebody...
Porting the fan area and redirecting the airflow...

$900.

Before I pull the trigger. I would like to hear the experiences of members who have ported their superchargers. Post your before and after dyno results and how much boost pressure your gauges read.

You likely aren't going to get anyone with any experience. My advice to you would be this. Stiegemeier is a great company who has been porting Terminator blowers for a long time. Everyone who's had one of their ported blowers that I know is extremely happy, so if they say that's going to be the gain, then I'd take them at their word.

From what I've seen, they do great work.

I've read mixed reviews while I still frequented the svtp boards
Most saw a decent gain on their older style eaton blowers

Tvs blowers are leaps and bounds more efficient, and Magnuson doesn't have to conform to the same rules big auto manufactures do.
Out of the box with a decent cam and exhaust it'll make high 500s probably
With what you've got it going on and the amount of rpm your planning on spinning it I don't think the cost of porting it will be worthwhile honestly
Overdriven rear, od crank pulley, ls3 heads, and a big blower cam I would be amazed if it didn't make close to 800 wheel

I'm telling you man, you really need to go read up on Steg over on Lightningrodder. If you're going to blow the money on porting one of those blowers (which I think most people will tell you is a waste of time) talk to JokerzL and get his thoughts and/or have him do the work. Hell if you don't want to subscribe over there PM me your number and I'll have him get in touch with you.

I can tell you this:
1. I am local to Stiegemeier.
2. While he is really known for porting these blowers, he has been porting for years and years, not just blowers, but heads. Not just Ford stuff, but actually Chevy stuff as well.
3. A friend of mine had a Terminator Mustang, that had a blower ported by him, and it was well worth the $ he spent at that time.
4. I have not seen anything bad said about him on any Ford forum, but I also haven't looked for years. I am sure someone has to have something bad to say, because no matter how great you are, someone always has something bad to say about everyone. He has a reputation for a reason with the Ford crowd.
