Default 8:5:1 compression skat rods and pistons what performance head should I run.

hi guys I have a 2000 ta with a rear mount system. I have skat piston and rods in the car with 8:5:1 cr I have the stock heads and cam I was wondering what aftermarket heads and cam i should run. I am not looking to drop in cr anymore obviously if anything go up in cr it is a dog on the bottom end under boost so I am looking for something that will benefit me on the mid range for both.
all suggestions are appreciated.
