Default Help me ID this procharger bracket?

Bought a used kit from what I understand was used on a 98 F-body. The bracket and pulley system looks a little abused, but it's not terrible. If it's usable I'm planning on replacing some parts, but I'd like to know what I'm working with if somebody can help me. Pretty sure it's not a procharger bracket.

Are there more parts to this? Looks like a home made bracket intended to work with a crank support. I built a crank support that is not so similar with an Aster bracket a few years ago due to being bored and out of my mind.

As far as the bracket goes, that's it. There's the pulleys that bolt to it, but no additional CNC'd bracketry. I started wondering if it was actually from a GTO with a standard rotation, but the head unit is definitely reverse rotation. Looks like you do some creative work when you're bored out of your mind. haha
