PT76 LS1 Turbo Kit by Turbo Joe
Switching from my original ON3 build thread to this thread. Stripped the ON3 kit off and went with a custom built turbo kit by Turbo Joe at Straightline Performance.
Current Setup
-Stock Internal 5.7L LS1
-LS6 Intake
-Pacesetter headers, Offroad Y-pipe, SLP LM1 catback
-Underdrive pulley
-B&M Shift Kit
-Tranny cooler
-UMI LCAs, LCA relocation brackets, panhard bar, torque arms, subframe connectors, and strut tower brace
-Stock A4
-Stock 10 bolt
Planned Build
-Turbo Joe turbo kit with AC retained
-PT76 turbo
-On3 billet oil feed block
-BMR turbo tubular k member with upper and low a-arms
-Tick Performance Turbo Stage 2 V2 Cam 231/231 | .63x"/.59x" | LSA115+5
-BTR .660" Lift Platinum Valve Spring Kit
-New GM Timing Chain
-Comp Cams LS Rocker Arm Trunion Upgrade
-Lonnies double pumper fuel pump
-FIC 1000cc High-Z Fuel Injectors with plug-n-play adapters
-Turbosmart eBoost 2 boost controller
Hoping to keep the power below 550 until I can build the rest of the car to support what the turbo can produce.

Joe has some serious skill with a welder. He's done an awesome job sending me pictures and keeping me updated through his work. I couldn't be happier with how things have turned out so far, and I haven't even seen the car in person recently! Can't wait to pick her up from the guys at Straightline Performance once it's all done!
