Default Check Valve For PCV?

2 questions.

-Can I run one?
-Which one is recommended

For a turbo 6.0. I currently have 2 -10an hoses (one on each valve cover) running to a breather tank with an open element filter.

I was thinking of putting a check valve in between the passenger valve cover port and the fitting behind the throttle body to pull from while in vacuum. Is this ok to do?

Do a search on pcv. This has been discussed at length. I have a check valve between my catch can and intake for when I am under boost.

If you're already running open breathers on both valve covers, isn't that hose to the intake going to be a vacuum leak?
