Default Exhaust Manifold Bolts for Truck Manifold Turbo Setup

What kind of exhaust manifolds have you guys run and had success with using the Truck Manifolds? Engine is 317 heads LQ4. I am looking for something aftermarket and heard mixed results on the Percy and Stage 8 bolts. Anyone had any good luck?

Iv made my own studs and they work great and easy to put gaskets and manifolds on. I went to my local hardware store and bought 10 long metric bolts and cut them down to the length I needed and got nuts. Spent like $4 total and I have a full set of stainless studs.

Studs are much less likely to snap or strip the threads, l always use anti-seize too.

this is what I do as well, I have a bunch of threaded lengths in various sizes/grades and I use studs whenever possible. Ive gotten real fast at cutting and cleaning the edges nice.

Yup, just make some studs from cut down bolts or threaded rod. Easy and cheap.

The bolts arent carrying any significant load and dont need to be anything special.

I use the ARP stainless stud kit and consider it to be one of the nicer upgrades I've done. Studs is the only way to go if you have the room and stainless makes it even better.

Yes on the all thread. You can get stainless all-thread at some hardware stores. If not, mcmaster-carr might be the best place. Buying bolts and cutting them to make studs is kindof a waist.
