Default Sidemount whipple supercharger

I bought this Sidemount whipple supercharger for my truck back in 01. It ran good on the truck. I sold the truck probably 10 years ago but I still have the charger laying around. I just did a LS1 swap into my 67 GS this spring and I'm thinking about installing it in my car. Does anyone know how much boost these chargers are capable of? I do plan on deleting the whipple electronics and buying an eBay inter cooler kit. Just wondering what kinda power I can get out of this thing.

Isn't the side mount whipple just a 2.3L low pressure ratio charger with a different platform? So, I would think that it is capable of anything the other 2.3L whipple can do... 15psi for days and days.

I'm not sure if it's a 2.3l or not. Iv tried looking up any numbers I could find on the whipple without any luck.

You might call whipple and ask.

I googled side mount whipple, and what came up was a 2.3L truck kit.

If it's the 2.3L whipple, then you can push 15psi all day long.

I just sold my side mount, i got it up to 12psi, get a bunch of meth. I was spraying 1000ml before the blower, and 625ml after it to get intake temps to 140* WOT with 70*ambient temperature.

Did you have it through an intercooler? I plan on getting a cheap air to air intercooler from eBay and plumbing that way.
