Cathedral Shape Pipe

I doubt anyone stocks custom extrusions of cathedral port shaped pipe. Do it yourself sheet metal intake builders are probably pretty scarce, and the tooling expense to manufacture a cathedral port shaped extrusion die far outweigh any sales that may follow.
Your best bet is probably to build the runners as rectangular, or a three sided rectangle with a rounded top. Maybe find the radius of the rounded "roof" of the cathedral port, and cut a pipe lengthwise to build the roof of your runners.
Or buy a holley high ram...

Well, that sucks haha. Yea forming them out of aluminum is not the end of the world BUT in the end they will look worked and shitty on the bottom where they meet the flange. Trying to make this look aces or not doing it at all.

Well if ur doing the welding urself then find a local metal fab shop that will make some parts in a brake press for u have them make two pieces one of them a c-channel and one the is a u/v shape. A good fab shop would be able to get close to the radius that u need for the top u/v shape if u provide good templates or measurements
