I got the spindles, CTS-V supercharger lid, CTS-V injectors and heat exchanger last night. I got the front end torn down in and hour and 15 minutes. The lower ball joints were stubborn as ****. I had to heat them up a bit and BFH the knuckle. Got it though. I only broke a Snap-on torx socket off in the right front disc retainer screw. ****.
Also verified that the injector connectors are the same. Some people said they weren't sure, so I wanted to verify.

My uncle is buying one for his Escalade because of me too. It seems like everyone wants me to do mine first so I can sort out all of the issues! lol. I wish I had a bigger bank roll so I could just order the rest of the parts. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

Rare96LT1Formula,
That warrants a build thread.

Thanks!
Really wasn't too bad honestly, and we've been insanely busy at work so it's been extremely difficult to document everything. Mods on this one are as follows:
ADV1 3 Piece Wheels
Baer 6 Piston Front Brake Calipers & Rotor/Hardware Kit
Injector Dynamics 1000's
Suburban Driveline Chromoly Driveshaft (1 ton Spicer U-Joints)
Superchargers Online LSA Blower
Walbro 267 (about to install a 2nd pump)
Tuned by Shane Hinds
There are obviously a ton of little odds and ends involved, such as fabricating an intake/filter assembly, etc - but all in all, really not too bad all things considered. I'd be happy to answer any questions anyone may have.
This client is in the Medical Field, and daily drives this thing. It currently sits with 183,xxx miles. Owner intends to buy a TMS shortblock after Winter is over - as he will be driving this damn thing in the Chicago winter.

What did you guys do for the PCV system? What did you do for the coolant crossover tubes on the heads?
Thanks,

I agree, but I'm going to have to live with it. No easy way to do either. I would rather the front go lower, but it already rubs on full lock turns. I did 2" spindles to avoid having to mess with the struts/shocks up front. I'll live with it. It sits exactly 3/4" higher in the rear now. If it was actually level, it would look terrible. lol.

I'd definitely like to see more details since it is related to this thread installing the SC. I thought I had to convert to the Gen V Camaro accessories for the TB not to hit the alternator but you just proved that not to be the case!
Care to discuss fuel line connections, PCV, MAP setup?
Anything you're willing to share would be great.

My shop, Next Generation Auto (Elmhurst, IL) recently finished one up. 6.2L AWD, 1 piece chromoly driveshaft with spicer 1 ton u joints, CTS-V lid (already tapped for methanol), ID1000s'.

For the PCV, the client did not opt to run a catch can, so we ran some Vibrant 1/2" OD hosing from the passenger valve cover to the snout.
How is your build coming along, if you don't mind me asking? I'm digging the black exterior/tint combo - looks great!

Nothing special on the MAP Sensor honestly, just a ZR1 3 Bar MAP Sensor as a primary, located in the snout.

Yea, this is definitely a cool truck & owner. Client first decided on a remote tune from Shane, then as the progress came along, decided to bring it from us in the Western Suburbs of Chicago down to the St Louis area for some dyno time (even after the remote tune, lol!).

Absolutely! We ran some custom lines/fittings from the factory hard line utilizing Aeroquip black braided line and Fragola quick disconnect fittings to the LSA rail.

Thanks! I really wanted a silver, or dark grey Escalade, but in 2007, there wasn't a lot of color choices...and it seems like 90% of the ones on the road are black anyway.
I haven't made much progress. I need to buy a throttle body though now because mine failed. P0121 code intermittently, low idle and erratic shifting at times, lol. I still need a fuel pump, ZR1 fuel rails (drive side feed), and the LSSimple bracket setup. Then I will also need a CAI fabricated.
With Christmas, personal property tax and sales tax, i took a pretty good kick to the dick. I will need a little time to recover before buying any more parts. Hopefully I can acquire all the that stuff over the next couple months.

I ended up getting a ZL1 lid, Edelbrock plug n play fuel system, since the Flex Fuel system isn't a direct swap in the full size SUV's, an ls7 throttle body and picked up an LS9 cam as well...

THis is getting interesting. My SS trailblazer was just stolen and recovered. I got it back and its fine. Insurance company gave me a nice cheque for it as they wanted to write it off.
With that cheque, and because of this thread, i ended up buying the same Escalade as yours but its Silver. 117300 kms on it. Its near mint. Thanks man. I hope to do what you are doing. I would have never imagined i would own a Cadillac but man what a nice vehicle.
