Jamie would it work out if you covered the pipe well and smashed it in a vise or press to just "oval the pipe" in the problem area? Not smash it shut but just oval it ever so slightly?

Make 2 aluminum spacer tubes with o-rings and raise the reservoir.

Also Willwood makes remote reservoirs

I vice may work, would likely ruin the coating though and at that point I might as well just cut the damn thing. Good thinking though.

I talked to wilwood,...honestly dude was not very helpful at all. Gave him a lot of info...he gave me very little back. By raising it up, that may work but, it also may end up impacting the hood.

Thanks all for the insight, I ended up talking to the dude about making me a tank, he's on it. Problem seems to be solved.
