Default 81' malibu classic LQ4,80mm turbo build

Put a few pics on here and there but figured might as well throw a build pg on. Warning pucs proly won't be in exact order. Car is 81' malibu classic landau 2dr, engine is 6.0 LQ4 out of 2001 2500 silverado, trans is built TH350 with brake and 3000 stall converter. Had backhalf job done with narrowed 9" ART ladder bar setup with QA1 double adjustable coilovers, Rhoades race cars 8pt rollbar, summit tubs, RCI 20gal fuel cell, weld Alumastars 2.0 skinnys up fr ok nt and 15x14 rears. Engine has been dipped and cam bearings installed, studded mains and heads, polished crank, H beam rods, JE forged pistons, LS9 supercharged camshaft, LS7 lifters, GMPP oil pump, billet chain and gears, 317 heads with new valve job,milled to clean up and dual .650 springs, hiflow waterpump, comp cams 1.8 magnum rockers, moly pushrods, turbo setup is from CX racing, 80mm ball bearing stg3 with dial 50mm wastegates and 50mm bov, and their 1000hp 4" bar and plate type intercooler. Fuel system is aeromotive A1000 pump with efi bypass regulator and aeromotive fuel pump controller. Have 80# injectors now but might sell and get 120# for E85 (undecided) i have 3 intakes to choose from, PP typhoon, TPS high ram,and stock truck intake, have all new front suspension parts waiting for install and snagged front spindle /brake setup from 98-02 blazer with dual piston calipers. Have all new glass for car and doing mod for regular rear quarters instead of landau short ones.

Car back home with welding done and another manifold look. On hold right now due to relocating in Florida. Ordered my prefab building so i can finally have room to work. Have lots of parts in boxes for interior etc piled up. Feedback always welcome. Enjoy thanks

Thanks. The down time with moving is driving me crazy. I want it running driving by springs end. Proly doesn't help having dragstrip 4 miles from new house now. Spent way too much time there on Wednesday test and tune nights already

Sell the hood scoop. The rest looks great! I think a 10 point cage/8.50 cert will be in your future.

I had a cowl hood but sold it cause it was a 2". I'm kinda ole school and like the scoop even tho not really functional. Yur proly right about 8.50 cert once its up and running with bugs sorted out. Hoping for high 5's in eighth at least

Thanks man i sure do hope so. It's been almost 20yrs since i built one. Used to be huge mopar guy. Spent almost 20yrs as a Chrysler tech at dealerships and built a few Duster drag cars. They're so expensive to buy and build so i decided to join the club. Alwsys like the g bodies and the LS engines are incredible for making power.

Yes it has all metal internals. When i called them for fuel system specs they said it'll handle pretty much whatever fuel i can throw at it.
