Default Any info on a precision PT8047

After a lot of searching I have found very little information about the precision PT8047. Has anyone on here ran one and seen any results from one? I'm looking at running one on my current project car and hoping to use it as an upgrade from my last project car that was using a PT7675 CEA with a billet compressor. My last setup was a 6.0 and this new setup will most likely be a 370. Old setup went 9.8@140 on 15 psi, new owner then added meth and went 9.1@151 on 21 psi and since has had it at 25psi but not been back to the track. I am looking for my new setup to be able to go into the mid 8's, I really liked the 7675 as it spooled very fast and pulled good when I had the car and was on 15psi but I feel as though it will be choked up top if I push it really hard trying to get into the mid 8 sec range. The 8047 apparently has an 84/93 exh wheel and a little larger compressor and seems like the ticket but I haven't seen anyone running one yet to really know. Anybody have any information/feedback on it?

Has no one really ever had any experience with this turbo? I was hoping for at least a few people to have had some experience with it.

Think of it as a pt88 for the most part

It uses the small H compressor cover and .96 t4 exhaust housing the pt88 use........ only it uses the better UHP gt47 turbine and the GT style bearing housing (overall length a little shorter than pt88). The pt88 uses the older TV based turbine and bearing housing

Always was a current gt based cast compressor but I believe they have a billet available now

Thanks for reply, sorry I'm late seeing this. That sounds correct from what I could find as there is also the PT8847 available and at the same price as this 8047 but I just wasn't sure if the 8847 would be overkill or a little slower to spool with the larger compressor. Have you seen any results with the PT8047?
