Well, I'm nearly 900 at the wheel, on street tires, with a street car, so it's at the limit of traction.
Next, I'm at the limit of fuel as well with the twin 255pumps and stock lines.
Also, most of my driving is part throttle, 2500-4500rpm running, so I really don't need more power.

Alright engine is out. K member is back in so Slaubaugh performance can cut the cross support for the stand up radiator. That kind of fabrication isn't my thing. Then it will go to the body shop to have the engine bay painted red. 👍 Engine will start to be put together next week .

It just sucks that the procharger gets hidden down low.

Finally the new shoes showed up after 2 months of back order. Still waiting on engine and heads . Send off a bunch of parts to be powder coated super chrome and hydrodipped carbon fiber.

Cleaning engine bay today so the stand up radiator and condenser can be pre fit. Then I'm planning to have the engine bay painted at the body shop

TFS heads came in from brian Tooley racing. I have to say they looks amazing. I've owned PRC and Mamo heads and the finish on these heads look superior . Mirror like finish! The softened bowls look perfect!

Damn those heads look good. All the talk of the Mamo heads, MAST heads, etc., I'll still take the TFS heads from Tooley every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
