start off by opening the project and "save tune as" and save what you currently have to your desk top.
Then, while connected, goto "load tune" and upload mine.
Ive seen the required fuel do some weird things when in batch fire, (probably a good answer for this that i dont know) so if it doesnt run at all, just look at your old tune and use the values that you originally had.
I didnt change any other settings that would prevent it from running.
When making changes, just keep in mind that if everything else is right, the VE should be smooth. Engines wont typically require more VE at a lower load then it will at higher load in the same RPM cloumn

Was driving car around a little more and noticed it has that stumble at any rpm theres no specific rpm it does it at and if you try to hold steady rpm it will drop and raise about 500 rpm on its own. I noticed it goes lean for a second when it drops the rpms.

i took a look at the logs.
Couple things, first get it to a real operating temp, or make sure your CLT is calibrated right.
And as far as the surging, its either going to be a ignition setting thats wrong, your timing isnt synced or its walking, or you have a rather large vacuum leak.
Does the motor sound like its all there? The map singal looks rather noisy like a misfire or something?
does it ever run smooth?
