If you tuned it, do you have the tune and log[s] to post?

Fuel slosh? Harder acceleration in first and second than in third. Run the rpms up slower in first and second and see if it does it. Log fuel pressure.

Sounds very likely put could it still do it with a full tank. I cut up the stock bucket to fit dual pumps

Not likely with a full tank. Are the pumps bottomed out in the tank causing a starvation? Figure it'd do it all the time then, but anythings possible.

The bucket itself is bottom out not sure is it suppose to or not but the pumps I don't think they are I need to double check them too. My wideband does read extremely lean right after when it happens

Monitor pressure when it does it. If the pressure stays up, could be you need more fuel in that area of the tune. But again, wouldn't explain why third gear is unaffected.

What does the AFRs show when it breaks up? Simple stuff first: make sure all the grounds are tight.

afr is all good when it happens unless theres a lag in the wideband reading on the scanner and it also seems to be an intermitten problem now
i dont have a way to check fuel pressure

I installed a n2mb 2step/wot box and didn't mess with the setting on it thinking it wasn't activated. So every time I was about the go for the next gear I would put my foot on the clutch pedal and the switch on it was set extremely sensitive and would activate the no lift shift feature with the slightest of touch on the pedal. then it would cut off the ignition
