Default Piecing together D1SC Kit.

I've been working on piecing together a D1SC. I've got a head unit, but that's it.

This will be going on a fully forged 346 with a decent fuel system.

I know I'm going to need an intercooler of some sort, and looking over all the posts it seems like I might as well skip pro charger's options. Alchemist seems to have had good luck with a cheapy front mount, but I'm open to options.

Inlet, seems like I should use a truck inlet? Anything special I'll need to do on a Trans Am to run this?

The aster bracket seems to be a must, doesn't seem like there's much point in trying anything else.

What other obvious things am I missing? Other than piping from the head unit, to the inter-cooler, to the intake.

Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Thank you for the detailed response and list. Any opinion on radiator/fan combo or an inlet?

The D1SC has to be clocked correct for the brackets, drain plug should be close to 6 o clock once bolted to the bracket

Take a look at these two links that I created several months ago, in order to help people out as so many people are now buying used ProCharger head units. Bob
