What thermostat for turbo motor???

6.0 s475, what do you guys reccomend for thermostat??

I've tried both stock temp and a 160. When it was 90+ degrees outside the 160 didn't really change temps much over stock. Now that its cold here, the 160 doesn't like to warm up.
