Finally made some progress. Got all the right bolts and standoffs the right height and the belt, etc. ,etc. Got the D1SC mounted and the black intercooler mounted. I also couldn't resist starting the car......MAN does it sound mean with the blower whistling away and the cam loping away.

It's an embedded photobucket link, click and hold on the pic and select open in new tab and it'll take you to the photobucket video.

Haven't made too much major progress, little stuff to finalize the belt alignment and get the FMIC mounted up higher. I spent the last hour taking my existing 00 tune and update an 02 OS on EFI Live so I can get at some of the hidden tables like min injector pulsewidth for when I put in the 60 lb injectors. To do list left:

-Take off 1 3/4 pacesetters and Y and install 1 7/8" courtesy of ls1charged
-Fab up the cold side from the blower to the TB
-Install the ls1 coolant crossover and trim the bottom of the LS6 intake so it fits
-Install 60lb injectors
-GO TUNE!

I refuse to lift that motor without a cherry picker!

Made some more progress.....hands down the best fmic universal pipe kit. All kinds of bends and coupler, even some 90 degree couplers.

She lives! LS1charged helped me finish putting on the headers and Y and put the front end back together and made some progress on the tune last night and this morning....I have no idea yet how much boost it makes, but she pulls REALLY good!

Update: still working out the bugs. She makes about 5psi, but I'm also noticing after making a couple pulls it's jumping a couple of ribs on the blower belt. Im going to have to go through the belt alignment. I also think I have a small coolant leak somewhere so it's not keeping the car cool. I'm currently running a modified stock ls1 fan shroud with 1 stock fan and 1 modes fan and just added a small pusher to the front to see if it makes a difference. It sure is fun hitting it from a 50 roll through. My guess is around 500rwhp if it made 400rwhp NA. Hoping once the belt alignment gets sorted it makes some more boost, but it does have a healthy cam and large exhaust so that may be all she makes and I'll just have to drop pulley sizes haha.
