Default My CTS-V/ZL1...truck build!

I'm new to this site, but used a lot of information from here to complete my build.

This is my 2009 GMC 2500HD 6.0 truck, with a one-off LSA supercharger setup. Here goes the build...

Pre-owned, all stock, eye sore

This was with all OEM parts (minus the Ford fan). Injectors and fuel pump from other GM vehicles.

Ran at 3.5psi.

So we upgraded to a 9" lower pulley, custom Walbro 450, ID850, and a FPR.

Now we're running 10.5psi! Next up is a smaller upper pulley and an upgraded heat exchanger to hopefully get ~13psi.

The new power required an upgrade custom driveshaft. OEM is 0.625" thick new one is now .125". Both 5" diameter.

Next up: upgrade heat exchanger and smaller upper pulley. Shooting for 12-13psi!

I'm hoping the increase of 2-3psi of boost will get me another 50-75hp.

I'm currently right around 600hp, but haven't found a local dyno that will fit the width of the truck to confirm.

Why only 3.5 psi with stock parts? Run out of fuel?

Not sure why only 3.5". My buddy and I both have the same setup and both only got that. Once the lower crank pulley was installed I really gained some power.

what front drive setup did you use? Doesnt look like a factory LSA setup, if you used a 6-rib deal that would explain the 3.5lbs. In for more pics and info

6 rib and the stock truck pulley is smaller OD than the factory LSA setup. Let us know if you have any belt slip issues when you switch to the smaller upper.

Cool setup, would love to see what it makes for numbers on a dyno

I may have to find another belt when I upgrade the upper pulley.

I'd like to see #'s as well, just haven't found a dyno that will fit my truck.
