Which heads for and LSA S/C using adapters on 5.7. 243/241 or 317. Compression question?

I have a bunch of parts laying around and an aluminum LS1. So thinking about throwing something together.

This would be a small bore LS1 5.7 motor with adapter plates and LSSimple brackets. Cant run L92 or LS3 heads due to the bore size.Looking at doing an LSA S/C build on an SBE aluminum 5.7 ls1. Stock short block, but freshened up. I have access to stock 241 and 243 heads, but 317's can be had very cheap.Would be using LS9 gaskets and head studs and a very mild cam.

Not looking to make a ton of power (less than 500rwhp) and would be going in a 4x4 silverado with 33's.This is in hot Florida heat as well. I have a MP112 on my LS6 with 243 heads and makes great power and is very reliable. No methanol and not looking to use it on this setup either.

Basically the question comes down to compression.
What would be best with this type of blower? ~9.5 with 317's or in the 10 range with 241 or 243?

Thanks.
