Default Rough lb/min -> rwhp or CFM -> rwhp calc?

Is there a rough estimate/rule/calc for Mass Air lb/min -> rwhp or
CFM -> rwhp?

Isn't it something like 60 lb/min = 600HP?
But.. is that at the crank or the wheels??

TIA!

I have seen 1 lb/min = 10-11 fwhp. Seems to line up pretty well with peoples results/track mph.
