Default Livernois Motorsports Turbo Escalade Video

Took the Escalade to the track to test at 5 lbs. It was pretty hot today and the best time I managed was 14.25 @ 93.96 mph. The mph was slightly lower than the first time at the track, but it was pretty hot out. Considering it has 24" Wheels and probably 1000 lbs of stereo/audio equipment I didn't think it was too bad.

Here is a full list of mods:

Custom Turbo Kit by Detroit Speedworks
Polished Garrett GT-40 50 trim .58 A/R Turbo
Custom Intercooler
Stainless Bassani 3" Catback Exhaust
Lowered 3" Front, 4" Rear (still has factory air ride)
24x10" GFG Type GF-1 Wheels
Baer Eradispeed 14" Brakes
Kenwood Excelon and Kicker Audio Components
Custom Tuning by Livernois Motorsports

E.T.
(Stock) 16.8@85mph
(Turbo) 14.2@93.96 @ 5 lbs of boost

Here's a link to the video: Turbo Escalade 14.2 pass

Curb weight for a EXT is listed at about 5800lbs or a regular Escalade at 5300lbs give or take. The stereo system is probably good for about 500lbs at the worst if there were 3 Kicker amps and 3 SoloBaric subs, video system up front and at most 6 sets of mids/highs, associated wiring, enclosure etc. The biggest loss IMO is the 24" wheels unless they are a really light brand similar to the Weld EVO or Centerlines. If the listed curb weight is right then you are WELL over 6000lbs which is PIG! :p

Very nice times for all that weight man!! On 5psi no less.

Do you happen to know what the IATs are on 5psi with that turbo and intercooler?

Not too shabby Rick. That should put me in the 13's based on our little "cruise" on tuesday

Too bad I got the exhaust on it tonight, and lost a full 1 psi of boost down to 5 now. Just means it's time for the boost controller

It's a real sleeper now though, SUPER quiet
