Nice run -- what did it run without the kit?

did you spin on launch or these 60' times are expected with rear turbo setup?I am thinking really seriously about getting one this summer.

Just re-read your message - untuned, stock fuel system?!

do you feel safe about your setup?

The MPH is great

Now work on the getting the 60' down and you'll be set.

Don't sweat it though. There was aProcharged car at the track this weekend that put down 540rwhp? on the dyno buy the guy couldn't pull better than 120mph either and he was running 2.3-2.5 60's all day and 12.5s

That is an excellent time considering your 60', and that your car is untuned and on the stock fuel system. I'd address those issues though, and make your car really fly.

please tune it before you kill it. Every STS setup I have seen will detonate really bad on a stock fuel system and untuned car. The stock program has WAY too much timing unless you are running high octane like 110.

And everyone doubts the STS kits. Good time and mph and way more potential.

Dont forget to mention it was his first time ever going to the track... remember his first staging? Back, forth, back, forth... etc.

That was my point foo! Just cuz you have power doesn't mean it will always translate into a good ET/MPH... I couldn't believe some of the guys out there. That one guy actually did his brunout IN the water box..

and the 2.4 60' has nothing to do with turbo lag. You can run a better 60' on a stock LS1.

With a good tune and intercooler I could see High 11's maybe.. not to even mention uping the boost, and upgrading fuel system.
