car died!
Well I got the car running and put a restrictor in the oil feed line like frcefed said for the bad smoke job the car was doing. Let it idle for awhile and no smoke then it started to smoke a little but nothing like it was. So I take it for a spin, car is running real nice and I am not beating on just cruising around. Everything is fine and all. Then all the sudden the car starts to sputter, fuel pressure is dropping, everytime I give it gas it dies more. Pull over and the car stalls, crank it up and starts but very low rpms, sputtering, no fuel pressure or oil. car stalls. Tried again the same thing happens. When I tried after that the car won't even start up just cranks like its not getting gas. So I think maybe I ran out of gas, the car was real low when I stared the mods I put a gallon in the other day. The fuel gauge is past low mark. Called wife to bring my *** some gas. She brings a gallon, put it in, nothing still. Got towed home by brother, put a little more gas in it maybe half of a gallon, Still nothing.
So you think the motor is blown? I wasn't really beating on just cruising around. Or maybe theres just not enough gas in it yet. Car just doesn't sound like its getting gas at all.

Dual pumps need some gas, past a half a tank and my car starts acting up.
Try to fill it up with 5 more gallons, see what that does. Take the fuel line off at the rail and prime it.
Doubt you blew the motor, really can't do that if you weren't into boost, tune was good right?
Check the stuff I pm'ed you about.

Check your fuel pumps. Can you put a pressure gauge on the rail??? Also make sure the turbo isn't seized...hehe. Not enough oil can be bad also. No spinning of the wheel means very little air...lol

I might have like 2 gallons in the car now and I think my pumps sit a little higher then stock. Not much but a little. So I will put some gas into it tomorrw and hope it was that.
Jose I have a gauge on the rail(elec one) and theres no pressure at all on it. It was at 55psi at idle now it won't even move. Thats why I think its no gas. I will check the turbo and see if its that. I hope not cause I have no money for a turbo rebuild lol.
goober35-no pressure is showing on the gauge at all, mottor turns just sounds like its not getting gas or spark, fresh oil was put in on start up.

Car will still run if the turbo blew. As long as all the oil didn't seep out and seize. Check and make sure the pumps still work if adding fuel didn't do anything. It definatly sounds like a fuel pressure issue

Dammit GO GET GAS NOW!!!!!!!!!!! And report back
My car did this same crap when it ran out of gas two weeks ago, FP went from 55 to 52....down down down and died at 11psi...after that we could only get 2 psi to show up on my dynotune digital FP gauge, need to get it towed home.
Pulled the pump out to find gas tank was empty I fixed my fuel level sender right after that I hadn't worked for about a year and I kept chancing it.

DONT SCARE ME LIKE THAT, I thought my lil restrictor advice for your smoke show caused a premature TURBO DEATH....FOLKS, on a side note, definately check the flow out of the turbo VISUALLY if you chose to restrict it. I did this before and after the restrictor mod to make sure I still had good flow going through the turbo.

Been there... emptied that.
There is nothing as pittiful sounding as a Weldon pump sucking the sump dry while rolling out of the driveway on the way to the gas station.

The way it failed sounds like a fuel pump failure. Once the pumps fail, everytime you give it gas, the pressure takes a big drop, and it runs even worse. It sounds like the pumps are out, though.
It could be just a fuse or something simple, just check under the hood - there are a couple in there. Running a dual might be drawing more current than it is fused for.
