Looks good, sounds mellow at idle.
I should have mine ready to fire up in a week or so.

Good **** Matt!

Now do the break in, make sure the Super Intake Piping/massive FMIC holds boost and get the break-in done.

Did you fire the car up with the big injectors and the driver box, or do you still have the high impedance injectors in there?

LOL...that is just awesome! I'm actually suprised how well it idles with the big injectors for a first try.

I am going to be installing the driver box that I bought and my 83 lb/hr injectors this weekend, so your info is very encouraging.

Did you run thicker wire to the power side of the injectors? The guy that I got my driver box from recommended 14 gauge wire due to the increase in juice for the big guys...

Saturation type injectors (IE high impedance) are normally 12 ohms. So guessing at a nominal system volatge of 13.8 and a 1V drop across the driver in the PCM, that leaves you with about 12V across 12 ohms, or about 1A for each injector.

My driver box uses an open current of a little over 2A, with a hold current at just about 0.5A. So most of the time the supply wires are actually seeing less current than stock. Kinda funny how that works <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

FWIW, my injectors are 2 ohm. But the driver box is current limiting, so the impedance doesn't matter.

That's way cool harlan, 9-minute download at work, 46-hour download at home <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

Too bad it wasn't ready for woodward but you should have all the bugs out of it in time for the power tour. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Turbo cars are quiet, I love it!

Harlan, compression is your friend...at least with big video files. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> [hint]Windows Media Viewer[/hint]

Right click, Save target as. Please. Thanks

EDIT File was corrupt or something. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> Sorry to those that downloaded it. <img border="0" alt="[kaboom]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_bomb.gif" />

Nothing quite like a 4" inlet pipe and alot of braided line <img border="0" alt="[Firebird]" title="" src="graemlins/formula.gif" />

Scott
That's on the 96's and the driver box. I've still got some tweaking to do on the injector offsets and the flow rate. I had them flowed at my intended 43 psi base pressure, static was anywhere from 93 to 95 lb/hr and dynamic pulse ranged from 97 to 101 lb/hr. So it'll take a few days of watching the L-trims to get them dialed. But it wasn't bad for a first hack.

I'm still on the LS6 manifold and stock TB, still finishing up the mod's to my Holley and on the look out for a BBK TB.

Did you hear the pump just before I started it? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I'm moving the video right now

nasty gram from my site admin <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

it's a couple minutes long and big. I wanted the sound quality intact. Thus the mpeg format.

should be moved in a few minutes
