Default My NEW BABY

New turbo on left, old one on right. Anyone care to take a guess on the size of the new one? Drag radial racing and 10.5 racing here i come! For reference its a gt42-76 on the right.

that may be the longest sentence i have ever seen but the turbo looks good i wish you luck on the build next time i recommend using commas and a nice sentence structure so we can make more sense of your post.

little bigger, but your close its a 88/101. Turbo has some history, it was the turbo off big daddy dwayne guthridges car, this turbo was the first one to propel a car into the 7s on drag radials

Could someone explain what it means when a turbo is referenced in 2 numbers, like 88/101?

yeh hopefully i can get everything together fairly soon so i can do some racing need to unload my ls1 stuff before i get the new motor though 25.5 cage is next

steve turley has a 88/98 cheater turbo and probably makes over 1500fwhp with it.

The 88/98 is good for about 1750, a standard 91 is good for 1550.

Thank you Jose, but I'm not asking for a comparison in HP levels. What I meant to ask was a 88/98 is Volute/inlet = 88mm
Inducer of wheel is = 98mm, right? Does that mean a 91.5 is Volute/inlet =91.5mm Inducer of wheel is = 91.5mm?
