Default Procharger, AIR injection pump Question

I am going to install my procharger this weekend and realized that the new plenum has no adapter for the AIR pump. If I completly remove the pump will it set a Check Engine Light???

You can put a little filter on the line that use to go to the air box. Most people ditch the AIR system when doing a Procharger so there is more room for the air filter. A tuner can delete the AIR system codes so the car passes emmissions.
