Default Installing my Procharger...Help!!!

I was installing the right side intercooler and noticed I needed to move this
vacuum looking canister. It said nothing about it in the directions, but my real question is, WHAT THE HELL IS IT?
http://gmhightechperformance.com/tec...wn/index1.html

It is the fourth picture or the first one on the second row, that black plastic cylinder with the one vacuum line going into it.

It is your coolant reservoir. You can not move it. Yes the cooler is tight-close. Are you putting the nuts in between the lower rad support and intercooler flange, which will also bring the cooler down and over?
I remember exactly what you are dealing with, but it did work out even though it is very tight.

Yeah I moved it also but does anyone know what it controls. I know it is vacuum related but I just don't know where it ends up.
