Default Is a T 70 a big turbo?

I'm assuming the T70 is bigger than a 60-1, is that correct? Can this turbo fit with the TTi kit (version 1) or does it have to have the on center turbine housing?

A MP T-70 has a larger compressor wheel and will make a lot more power that the T-60. All you need is an on-center P-trim, .96 a/r exhaust housing, which if you already have one on the T-60, will bolt right on to the T-70. This turob easily fits on the TTi street kit. FWIW the T-70 I used on a TTi street kit made 533 rwhp at 10psi and spooled very quickly.

Dave

Sorry, I'm clueless about the turbo sizes. Basically I'm looking at these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEVER...QQcmdZViewItem not sure if they are sufficient for me, basically I have a S2 H/C car, I want about 550 hp, but I don't want to run out of boost up top.

for single turbo applications the 67,76 and the 88 are the best.however the actual size of your engine and size of the turbo can always be maximized by using the proper exhaust housing etc.

I'm in the same boat you are man, I'm on a tight college budget and want a turbo on my car. I might just go cam and spray for the meantime to hold off any damn ricer punk around until I can afford a nice FI setup. If the think the price of a turbo is expensive, wait until you get into the setup and see what extra's there are that you never thought of, then add tuning on top of that. Good luck.

The compressor wheel is 60.5mm according to the ad, so it is really a t60 they are selling. They call it a super T70 because it comes with an A/R of .70 I would assume.

this is not a turbo , its immitation, you buy this when you fabricate your turbo pipes , just to make sure everything fits and after you throw it away(or sell on ebay) if you will try to run it - it will blow with your engine..
good luck
