Cool Mock up pics of my CAS

Few pics of my system. I still have to bolt the other turbo on the passenger side. It takes alittle notching to do, and I was about whipped from working on another car today. I should have it ready to get cold piping by this weekend!

Sorry, pics arn't great, the blue you see is the tape over the inlet for the turbo.

Few new pics

I think I may have an issue. I still have the stock K member in the car, and I can't seem to get the other turbo into the hole to get it mounted. Anyone ever swapped K members with the motor in the car?? I may have to put a tubular K in there to get the other one on.

K-member swap should be pretty simple with the motor in the car. Easier on a lift, but it shouldn't be too bad on the garage floor either if the car is ~24" off the ground.

Been busy this week and haven't had time to mess with it. I may try to mess with it on Sunday. I'm probably just gonna grind that stock K member down till the turbo will fit. I don't wanna risk scratching up a tubular.

wow, this is exactly what im going through with my CAS....and i got the smaller T44s that came with the kit. im getting bad vibrations when i drive the car. i could see the passenger side turbo is smack against the body of the car And the turbo is resting on the stock K member. also my driver side wastegate is resting on the stock K member. im going to try grinding, hopefully that will work. i dont want to drop the motor down.

keep us posted!

I've said from the beginning... BMR tubular and these kits are much much happier.
