All you can do is check all the bearings on whatever idler pullies are for the procharger. I'm not familiar with the truck stuff so I dont know if they run off the main belt or have their own, Also make sure the crank pulley isnt coming loose

Those are some spiffy guages in that cobra though..

That guy is from my area (Killeen). That thing puts out 640 horses to the wheels.

You say its a new sound so it may not be what I first thought when I read your post.

You probably know the Prochargers without the spring tensioned idler set up have a lot of gear clatter in the transmission of the charger. They sound is just like that but not quite as severe as in that video, a spring tensioned idler will eliminate the clatter. But since your sound is new this may not be the issue?

Check your crank bolt. I thought I had something wrong with my D-1 and found out the bolt came loose and was making all kinds of noise.

And check your s/c pulley bolt too. Mine came loose & I didn't hear it until it was pretty loud (my car is LOUD!). But it sounded JUST like that. The pulley was ruined & the bolt broke off in the head unit.
