Default Wideband guage or Fuel pressure guage?

I'm alittle confused on the guages need for my car. The car is a 02 Z06 with a A&A P1SC kit. I bought the dynojet wideband commander and figured I would install the wideband guage to moniter AFR under boost. Everyone else keeps telling me to ditch the AFR guage and get a Fuel pressure guage instead. I would use all 3 but the C5 pods only have provisions for 2 guages. so everyone on the CF forum keeps telling me to get the boost and fuelpressure-but my thought is why is fuel pressure needed?-If fuel pressure drops won't it noticeable right awy on the AFR guage?

Agree with YellowToy/A, keep the dynojet commander. As long as your AFR is fine then your fuel pressure is fine.

Most people don't know the difference between a cheap airfuel gauge, and a real wideband gauge like the Dynojet.

A wideband, fuel pressure are the 2 that I would run. Boost is really meaningless.

But guys-they only make a 2 pillar pod for the C5. I don't want to throw guages all over the car-I just want to ionstall the guages req'd. I just need to know what's better-FP or Wideband?

Well those are the ones required!!! But if there is no way to put them all in there then I would say stick with the widband!!! A true wideband is your best friend!!!

there is always a way you dont have to put all 3 on the a-pillar you can mount one to the steering column, console, etc. sometimes you have to make concessions when going FI.......BUT if you have ABSOLUTELY no way of all 3 then keep the wideband

Vortech

Mount the wideband. If your A/F is correct you have the correct fuel presure. It has to be that way. The wideband will tell alot more about ur engine. I you have a hole in your turn u will see it.
