Default Help me decide on blower pulley

I'm new to forced induction and want to get everything close to right the first time. Stock bottom end and looking for 500rwhp if possible. What blower pulley should I get from SDCE?

SCDE 8 rib w/7.25 crank pulley
P-1sc-1
LS6 intake
PP LS6style heads between 10.3 10.4 CR
TR220 114 cam
stock manifolds w/ high flow cats
RPM max 6800

Which pulley do you recommend and how much HP will it make?
Also, is it worth the $$ going to FMIC instead of the ATI duel 3" coolers?
Thanks.

4" with a D-1SC should be enough for 500rwhp so i would say 3.85" on the P-1SC.

I would say with your size of crank pulley and mods along with elevation. I would go with a 3.7.
I see a good 9 psi with a bit larger crank pulley 7-5/8, and a much higher elevation.

Which made me 540.

Remember every car will be different. You might have to play with the pulley sizes. Right now I am doing a cam with a 3.7 pulley. Hoping for 9-10 pounds. If I don't get 9-10 then I'll go down in pulley sizes slowly until I get there.
