I hear these darn mustangs COBRAS 2003+ can handle a TON of BOOST with their FORGED OEM PISTONS and shortblocks. What brand pistons do the rustangs run and how do they compare strengthy wise for boost vs. the best aftermarket options that we have, JE pistons, MAHLE, WISECO, DIAMOND, etc, etc.?

While not a 2003-4 cobra, but it is a ford. A friend made over 1000 rwhp on a GT stock motor I would say a lot of the large power/stock motors are in the tuning.

Our Aftermarket pistons are better than the stock ford units, they still are an oem grade part, good quality, but not a race part.

They are manley pistons, similar to any forged aftermarket offering. One can only speculate ford did some tinkering with the materials to get a tighter piston-to-wall clearance to make the motor quieter for their average customer.
