Max boost?
Just want to know how much boost can be safley run this setup:
*357ci - Aftermarket main caps - 8:1 compression- forged internals
*F1 Procharger
*Aluminum heads w/ cometic head gaskets
*Roller cam 240-250 580-600 112 lsa
*OBX Air to Air intercooler 28x12x4
*Timing locked at 28*
I just ordered a 18# pulley from procharger whom tells me on 93 octane i'll be fine. Well after consulting with "the carb shop" I was told that my engine with out race gas would go "boom"
Any insight will be greatly appreciated

I think you can get away with that much boost on that C/R, but you will have to drop the timing alot or at least run Alky. 28 degrees with that much boost is asking for trouble even if you are running 8.1 C/R only.
Good luck

The very best thing you can do is to tune your car on a chassis dyno, with a wide band hooked up to it. Make dyno runs at wot with 4000 rpm as the limit for the first run, then go up in increments, making sure the air/fuel is safe and you don't see any spark knock. Bob
