Default Can I mount a FMIC (24X12X4) without cutting the bumper brace?

I'm kinda nervous about not having that bar in place, especially if I'm going to be racing this car, can anyone help?

I stood my radiator up straight and moved it back.

Then I was able to put the fmic in front of the radiatior and behind the crossbar. Instead of in front of the crossbar. (the crossbar that's behind the headlights that is...)

The brace will still block a lot of the incoming air though.

I opened mine up some (a lot).

even if you do cut it, it is east to brace it back up to add strength.
It will be a tight fit to get a 4" think intercooler in front of the bumper support.

I just took my bumper support off...There are other ways that you can support it and you can just weld something a little more sleek once you get the FMIC in place...
