Default help with a KB on my stang

hey all..i need some help figuring out my cars setup...i have no knowledge about any of this forced induction stuff..and mustangforums isnt proving to be of much help..

i bought a 02 GT with a KB setup..my mechanic tells me that its a 2.4 but we all know that those wont bolt up to a GT...so i was thinkin maybe its the 2.2 but i have a stock hood..so im guessing that leaves me with the 1.7..but they say no its not..i am gonna post up a pic of my motor and if someone here can please tell me what it really is i would really be thankful..

or try svtperformance.com. Throw a post up in the Terminator section, they will be able to help you out. I have seen quite a few posts from guys with KB's on their GT's.
