Is it possible to add methenol to a aftercooled vortec setup on an lt1. If so how does it work with the aftercooler? thanks.

Haven't seen it on an LT1 but why not I run it on an LS1. Nozzle just goes on intake pipe close to motor. I run an Alkycontrol system on my aftercooled system, works great. Scratch that.... works FANTASTIC... highly recommend it.

Doesn't matter, meth will work great in pretty much any pump gas intercooled or non-intercooled application

Been there, done that. IAT's of 10 deg below ambient at 22 psi boost. . . until the Methanol decides to stop spraying.

Well stuff like that can happen, just as eaisly as a fuel noid might not open on a wet shot, or a scavange pump might fail sending oil into a intake. Thats no reason to bash meth systems though, most people have very good luck with them.
