Default quick question on mechanical boost gauge

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question.....but I have a mehcanical boost gauge hooked up to my procharger. I want to put the gauge in a gauge pod,...but I would have to unhook the line that goes to the gauge and then hook it back up again. It's a clear tube that runs to the back of the gauge.

Would be okay to do? I'm not going to srew anything up am I. Once I hook the line back in my boost gauge should still work right?

Thanks!

Yes you wont have a problem. Just make sure to not get anything in the line.
