That turbo is perfect if you want peak boost @ 6500rpm...

Try an MP T70... sometoing along those lines.

Sure you want to go with a GT42-76? Just asking because of the physical size of it and the location you are putting it in.

A T76GTS with a .96a/r will net you the same performance if not more in a smaller easier to package turbo.....

You guys really need to look at how big a GT42 is and how heavy @45lbs..and damn with the 1.15 a/r on a rear mount, good luck spooling it.

Way too much turbo for your application.

Think smaller, like a T70 turbo for your goals. Your stall will probably be to big as well and will have to be tightened up quite a bit. Run a small housing for faster spool, like a .68 a/r, makes it a lot of fun, espeically if you are only shooting for 10psi.

Get rid of the SLP long tubes and go back to stock manifolds and the turbo setup in the rear will work 2x better, I know because I ditched my POS slp longtubes.

That turbo isn't really much of a T70, its closer to a T60, my MP T70 was about 10mm bigger across the whole wheel.

Yes mike is great to work with and who I purchased my turbos through, he even warrantied them when they had a hot shutdown / oiling problem and made everything right with me for cost of shipping.

They stock .68ar and .96ar exhaust housings with thoes too.

As I posted above, even if you did have bad luck mike seems to take care of his customers, both of mine were rebuilt no questions asked for cost of shipping.
