Default STS problem

We are having a problem with my ffriends sts install, its all on its just when we start it all we get is vacumn no boost. any help?

more info...vac at idle? or vac the entire time? how are you measuring it..does the car feel any stronger? tuned?

go back and check every coupling. Make sure there is an equal amount of silione on the each pipe you are connecting.
