Rule of thumb is 5psi will get you just above 400rwhp. 8psi 450-480rwhp depending on upgrades and tuning.

Define stock:

My numbers below reflect a stock block... with upgraded fuel injectors and 6.0L factory truck heads.

I didn't realize you were running a set of stock 317's. You running mototron 60's on that thing and the fuel system with the stock line as a return? I need to consider that, don't know squat about it though.

Nope... my fuel was just 42's with a Walbro 255 on stock fuel lines and wiring. I would not suggest that for someone else. I would reccomend something like the racetronics harness a walbro 255 and 60# injectors.

a stock a4 will make 428 rwhp at 5ps1 no intercooler, you should see around 500 rwhp at 8 psi and you will need meth or intercooler to safely run that. my time is in sig, 5 psi no intercooler.

I'm running the racetronix pump and harness on mine along with FMS green-top 42lb injectors (I believe at our fuel pressure running 48lb). I really should step it up to a set of mototrons to be safe. What was your inj duty with the 42's?

On my 607RWHP run? If I remember it was 97%.... and I was spraying oil out the back with blowby.

longrange4u: were you tuned with 2bar setup or just 1bar and some fudge factor?

if your duty cycle is based on proportioning fuel to airflow that's computer limited, isn't that duty cycle way lower than it should be, because of all the airflow that's unaccounted for before of the limit?

Wow, now that is impressive, 607rwhp on a rear-mount 67 trim, and not running 120%+ duty. And that was on stock *** fuel lines and a walbro 255? I believe the racetronix is a 255lph also, not sure what it truly is with the harness, I've never measured.

Yea I was taken back by that too... I kinda think the dyno wasnt getting a good read on the duty cycle. I just dont know how it would be possible for me to push the setup that hard without maxing out the injectors.

My AF was right at 11.4 through the whole pull though...

That's nuts man, and no meth?! I figured they'd be workin their asses off. Still, awesome *** numbers. I was only shooting for 600rwhp. With the set of #317's I'm having done, should make it easier to obtain that with a whole lot less boost.

I haven't auto-tapped but...my fuel psi goes from 61 down to 58/59 psi but my a/f ratio goes below 11.0 (lowest reading on AEM wideband). I got the 42lbs based on some online calculators and my target hp.
