I will call him again today on it. The BWA units have had problems with the furnishing covers on time. That is the only thing that Borg warner still has problems with.

....im not trying to be pushy, but can I get a returned phone call or email or PM on the status of my order...

I've been ignored several times now and I just want to be informed of when I should expect my order as it is holding up my project. Just a little communication would go a long way to easing my frustration. I ordered it two months ago and just need to know when to expect it so i can plan around it.

Why you bailing.....not their fault about the covers. I just know to be patient with the Borg Warner stuff. Its all new stuff, so production from Borg Warner is slow. Everything else I order from them is fast...no complaints, as I'm sure others on the board will agree. Also good luck finding anyone who knows more about turbos then he does and can get them for you faster....lol

Got ya, all I really saw was PSJ's comment, and he wouldnt have said a word if Jose had a excellent record, so Im assuming the delivery time record is sketchy..his fault or not. Timing is eveything. My life is half over already. In all due respect , Jose was great to talk to and has not been written off as far as an option.. .I will just have inventory calls made before i place an order and send money.

Delays are part of the game people... BUT I don't think that's what folks complain about... Vendors always miss the point.

It's communication. A call back within 3 days to a week and electronic responses with 1 to 3 days is NOT unreasonable... That's all most people want.

Dr. Turbo, I sent you a pm several days ago about my PTK Turbonetics turbo. Can you tell me when it will ship? I have had everything but the turbo for more than a month now!

We called Dalton and gave him an update. Since all your parts were bought through them, we relayed the info to them. Has PTK not called you yet?? If not let me know and I will send you a pm.

Forcedinductions has been around for quite some time, and isn't going anywhere I can assure you that. We do work for alot of turbo companies as well as manufacture parts now as well. Also alot of vendors on this board and others purchase turbos from Jason and Jose...lol. I believe we are the only place that carries every line of turbo available .

No Dalton has not called me. Most of the time it takes several calls over several days to reach him. Dalton has told me every week for over a month that they will be in next week. I went thru the Hi Flo ordeal for 6 months, hearing the same BS, before I cancelled. I want to know exactly when it will be here.

Best thing i can tell you to do is wait it out. They did the same thing to me on my turbo. I was looking at using them for all my turbo purchases for my company but decided to stay with the people i was using before them since i actually got my turbos when i was promised they would come. Also when i called up the actual manufactor for the turbo i ordered from jose, they told me they could have sent the turbo out and had it to me in one week, not 2 months like it took jose. Forced Inductions just seems to lack communication
