Were can I find 4.25" t-bolt clamps?

Were can I find 4.25" t-bolt clamps? I have had a problem with hoses blowing off from day one with my setup. I have changed most of the clamps to t-bolt clamps from turbohoses.com, but I still need to find a 4.25" clamp for were the silicone elbow attaches to my NW 90mm TB. I currently have a 4.50" clamp that is too large for it and can't get a good tight fit around it. After a few WOT it blows off. 4" is impossible to get on as its too tight of a fit. Anyone have any recommendations? thanks
